About Us
We are OSINT for Ukraine, an independent non-profit foundation dedicated to using open-source intelligence (OSINT) to investigate international criminal, humanitarian, and human rights law violations. Our mission is to uncover war crimes and crimes against civilians in Ukraine and provide critical information that supports justice and accountability. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Wargaming Analyst to join our team. This part-time volunteer role (4-5 hours per week) is crucial in supporting our wargaming department.

Key Responsibilities
Creating wargaming scenarios
Organising online and in-person wargaming sessions
Writing of wargaming frameworks and reports
Interpreting wargaming outcomes
Developing wargaming structures
Qualifications
Relevant experience in wargaming and scenario development
Academic or professional background in security, intelligence, or strategic studies
Based in The Hague for potential in-person wargaming events
