About Us
We are OSINT for Ukraine, an independent non-profit foundation dedicated to using
open-source intelligence (OSINT) to investigate international criminal, humanitarian,
and human rights law violations. Our mission is to uncover war crimes and crimes
against civilians in Ukraine and provide critical information that supports justice and
accountability.

Role Overview


We’re looking for a Head of HR (Volunteer) to help us recruit new volunteers,
manage the hiring process, and take care of HR-related administration. The goal is to
help expand our organisation and help facilitate the communication, not only with
those interested in our mission, but also those already part of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full volunteer recruitment and onboarding lifecycle,
    including:

    • Drafting, posting, and maintaining volunteer role advertisements

    • Reviewing and evaluating applications

    • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews
      where appropriate

    • Supporting the onboarding and integration of new volunteers

      Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective volunteers, responding to
      inquiries and providing updates

    • Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including record-keeping and
      documentation

    • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR-related processes and
      ensure effective internal communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage
    professionally with volunteers and the public

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to
    prioritise tasks effectively

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced
    environment

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain, organise, and manage documentation

  • Prior experience in Human Resources or administrative roles is welcome, but
    not required
